FAQ

How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is packed and sent, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and courier tracking code. If you click on the code, it will redirect you to the UPS. FedEx or USPS Post website and show you the progress of your parcel. *Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly to receive your confirmation letter.

What are your delivery options?

You can choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air,  UPS 3-day Select, or Ground, FedEx and USPS 

How do I return an item?
 

View our full Return Policy on our website: 
www.famologyloungeandsleepwear.com or you can simply fill it out form here and return to the address on the form. Please note, clothing items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached.

You can return your item/s to us within 14 days to receive an online store credit, which is valid for 3 months from issue. It will be to the value of the item/s only and does not include postage.

When will my order be shipped?  

Your order will generally be shipped within 24 hours. Delays may occur during public holiday periods, so please allow plenty of time if you need an item urgently.

Why haven't I received my confirmation email?  

1. Please make sure you put in your correct email address when ordering or you will not receive your conformation.

2. Check your junk/spam mailbox as sometimes it will go there.

Do you refund?
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to help you select the right style & shape with provided size guide & models measurements. Please take your time and choose carefully, as we DO NOT offer refunds on change of mind or wrong sizing. Please refer to the US Consumer Law for more info. We do provide online credit, which is valid for 3 months from issue.

We accept locally and international Credit or Debit Card for payment. 


You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments with the PayPal payments system. You can make a secure payment quickly and easily with any Credit or Debit Card. 
1.After adding an item/s, proceed by clicking "MY CART"  
2. Click on "Checkout"
3. Input a voucher code (if you have one)
4. Fill-in 'Contact Information', then click 'Continue to Shipping'
5. Simply click "Pay with Credit or Debit Card"
6. Click 'Complete Order' That's it! 🤎
